Capstan:

Block is made of cast steel, special technics treatments has already been done to its working surface to get hardness HB250-270, hardness height 250mm, which is extremely wear-resistance. The interior of block adopts narrow gap water cooling, the water jacket is fixed on the axis seat, the gap between water jacket and the block is very small. Once the block rotates relatively against the water jacket, the cooling water spraying from the water jacket will flow at very high speed and get very high heat are no sealing easy damaged parts in water cavity.
