2. Furnace specification:
The furnace is cylinder shape design, which looks beautiful and elegant. The furnace shell is steel welded structure, and the high quality silicate aluminum refractory acupuncture blankets is used to form the furnace lining, double side heat preservation. This kind blanket is processed strong compression by mold, ensuring the heat preservation effect. Between the furnace lining and cover, there is heat insulation and preservation material, play a role in isolation. Furnace bottom adopts high strength light weight refractory brick and high alumina brick castable structure. The furnace cover is steel plate structure, furnace lining inserted. There is suspension loop on the cover, convenient for cover operation. This furnace is whole fiber structure, this kind structure is with small heat capacity, little heat lose, fast temperature rising and cooling and perfect heat insulation performance. All these heat preservation structure make the excellent furnace temperature uniformity ±5ºC.
