This equipment is mainly used for fixed-length testing of finished steel cords and for rewinding double wires. The machine is accurate in meter counting, with automatic addition and subtraction compensation functions for meter counting. It adopts AC frequency conversion motor to take up and pay off the wire, which is suitable for B40/B80 stamping spools. The take-up tension can be adjusted by changing the weight of the counterweight on the tension swing arm to achieve constant tension take-up. The wire arranging adopts a polished rod arranging device method to wind the cord on the spool with a constant row pitch. The machine has an intermediate traction mechanism, the traction device is driven by a frequency conversion motor,and the traction wheel has multiple grooves. The machine is also equipped with a set of straighteners to adjust or correct the straightness of the cord.The transmission part uses circular arc tooth or trapezoidal tooth synchronous belt, which has stable transmission and low noise.
